It was just not a good time for me to be making the trip. I also did not know for sure what the date was until like a week ago. Hope you guys are enjoying your rest days in Vermont. We were thinking of you and your 140 miles as we were struggling up the Green Mountains after leaving Fort Ticonderoga. We hope you were able to get back on the road after your rest days and make it to Boston! We have been taking it easy these past days. We are finishing now, today! Hard to believe it could be over.
